What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, manage, and administer incentive compensation plans for US-based customer-facing employees
- Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of employee, quota, and plan data
- Provide proactive analytics on sales incentives results and compensation effectiveness
- Support the evaluation and modeling of new or updated sales incentive programs and contests
- Conduct analysis to make recommendations for incentive compensation that align with commercial strategy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in incentive compensation or commercial analytical roles
- At least 1+ years’ experience with Sales Performance Management tools
- Minimum of 2+ years driving commercial/sales process improvement
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate skills in Tableau

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, marketing, economics, or information technology
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical data, IQVIA, and Workday
- Experience with Salesforce.com and database concepts
