We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst to provide advanced analytical support for our Contact Center Workforce Management (WFM) function. This role will leverage workforce data, analytics, and technology to optimize staffing strategies, strengthen workforce planning, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making. The Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst will partner closely with HRBPs, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex workforce and operational data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and technical capabilities, an understanding of contact center and workforce management operations, and the ability to connect workforce insights with business needs.
This role requires the ability to perform standard office activities, including extended periods of computer use, participation in virtual and in-person meetings, and collaboration across teams. The target base salary range for this role is $90,000-$130,000 per year. This range reflects the anticipated compensation for the role. Where pay falls withing the range may vary based on many factors, including, but not limited to, job responsibilities, skills, experience, education, certifications, location and applicable geographic pay zones, market conditions, internal equity and business considerations. Compensation decisions are made based on an assessment of the candidate's qualifications and the totality of relevant factors.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an annual short-term incentive program, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
