Job Description

In this role, you will partner with channel owners, strategists, and technologists to improve the digital experience and better connect prospective patients to the world-class care at the client. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead from the front, surfacing insights that will help drive our marketing forward, while also serving as a thought partner as we build strategies for the future.

Duration

6 months to start.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Senior Director of Marketing Measurement, Analytics, and Insights.
• Serve as a thought partner for Analytics, Digital Experience, and Product teams; conduct analyses, build reports, uncover insights, and recommend improvements.
• Monitor web performance indicators such as traffic, audience, and conversion rates.
• Provide content insights to enhance understanding and writing strategies.
• Assist with ad hoc Web Analytics requests across Marketing & Communication.
• Ensure the integrity of Web Analytics data through proper taxonomy and tracking practices.
• Promote a hybrid Service/Self-Service analytics model within M&C, educating stakeholders and collaborating on data projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 3 years in a marketing analytics role.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Heap, or similar tools.
• Practical understanding of Web Analytics technology.
• Strong communication skills to synthesize and convey complex information.
• Ability to influence through presentations and collaboration.
• Intrapreneurial mindset for continuous improvement.
• Understanding of Paid, Earned, and Owned marketing channels.
• Knowledge of relational databases, including keys, joins, and transformations.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and basic web tech concepts.
