Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in New York is seeking a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within the Financial Institutions Practice. You will work with a global team delivering value to Wealth & Asset Management clients using industry expertise, data, and proprietary assets.

This role involves developing IP, supporting proposals and client workshops, onboarding junior colleagues, and contributing to scalable AI-enabled workflows. Travel to serve clients onsite may be expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as management consultant with a focus on the U.S. wealth management/private banking sector required; candidates who served as in-house strategy consultant embedded with a wealth management firm preferred.
• In lieu of consultant experience, 3+ years minimum of experience at a wealth management firm required; 4-6+ years of such industry experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills and conceptual framing capabilities.
• Excellent written communications and PowerPoint & Excel skills; fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support commercialization efforts for the Wealth & Asset Management sector, contributing complex analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops and marketing materials.
• Contribute to developing intellectual property and reusable assets by transforming domain expertise into scalable products, methodologies, curated data, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Onboard and train junior colleagues based on your expertise; collaborate with global topic leads and teams to deliver client impact.
