Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) Practice Area. You will join a global team to provide industry and functional insights, supporting case teams, proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials.

You will contribute to developing intellectual property, assets, and onboarding journeies for junior colleagues, leveraging AI-enabled tools and data assets to drive impact across

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consulting experience in Enterprise Software/B2B SaaS sector required; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred.
• In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4–6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• Fluency in English.
• Demonstrated curiosity and proficiency in using AI-enabled tools and GenAI platforms to improve productivity, insight generation, problem solving and workflow automation is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry and functional expertise to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.
• Support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector by contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops and marketing materials.
• Develop intellectual property and assets for the business and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues.
