Qualifications

• 4 years of analytics experience analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing large data sets.
• Strong communication of complex analytic findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize competing client requests for high-impact activities.
• Experience interacting with cross-functional teams in a professional manner.
• Knowledge of SAS, R, or SQL preferred.
• Prior experience or knowledge of pharmaceuticals or health care industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analytics to support client-specific setups and plan designs.
• Translate complex analytical results into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Underwriting and other teams to define, scope, and deliver analytical solutions for RFPs.
• Support ad hoc reporting, specialty projects, and process improvement initiatives.
