Job summary

CVS Health, a Fortune 5 company, invites you to join our PBM Underwriting team where you will formulate pricing strategies and execute financial modeling for comprehensive pricing offers across retail network, mail order, specialty, and manufacturer rebates.

You will collaborate with sales and account services to shape pricing, use advanced Excel to forecast P&L, and present analyses to Executive Leadership.

Qualifications

4+ years' financial analysis, pricing, or corporate underwriting experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel in complex data analysis.
Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent work experience.
Basic knowledge of PBM finance (preferred).
Experience managing complex projects 3–12 months in a matrix environment.
Advanced Excel modelling.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Master's Degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with PBM Sales and Account Services to advise on pricing and negotiation strategy to hit revenue and profitability targets for new business growth and margin retention.
Apply advanced Excel modeling techniques to analyze large pharmacy claims datasets and build forward-looking financial forecasts and P&L statements.
Present financial analyses to Executive Leadership during Executive Underwriting Approval Calls and respond to financial questions in real time.
Support Underwriting Managers and Sr. Managers with ad-hoc financial analyses and client implementation projects.
