Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a qualified underwriter to analyze Medicare Advantage opportunities, assess pricing methodologies, and evaluate funding arrangements. This role emphasizes accurate analysis, clear written and verbal communication, and collaboration with sales partners to deliver affordable, member-centered solutions.

You will prepare timely documents for RFP responses, work across departments to drive results, and mentor less experienced underwriters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of underwriting pricing methodologies and funding arrangements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must communicate effectively with sales partners and underwriting management.
• Ability to use standard corporate software packages and applications.

This role prefers a hybrid presence in CT, though remote applicants will also be considered.

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
