Nakupuna Companies is seeking a Senior Analyst to support a client of the Office of the Secretary of War. The ideal candidate communicates expertly and can work directly with senior DoW executives in a fast-paced environment, delivering clear reports and strategic insights.

The role is on-site at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA, requires TS/SCI clearance, and a bachelor’s degree with substantial program management experience; you will coordinate across teams, manage multiple priorities, and help

Qualifications

• Knowledge of coordinating reports, briefs, memoranda and presentations.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and compile data into reports and presentations to support senior leader decisions.
• Review and coordinate responses on incoming correspondence.
• Coordinate across teams and contractors to enable leadership decisions.
• Distribute and track action items across program elements.
• Maintain awareness of milestones and strategic plans.
• Handle tasks in CATMS: analyze, manage, and execute actions.
• Provide tasker support and coordinate with action officers.
• Manage flow of classified and unclassified documents and emails.
• Edit and produce formal correspondence and briefing materials.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities with timely follow-up.
• Identify and document new processes.
• Promote continuous improvement and implement process improvements.
• Draf DoW executive decision documents and presentations.
• Support multiple complex projects.
