Job summary

Nakupuna Companies is seeking a full-time Mid-Level Security Analyst to join our team supporting the Department of War. The position provides security analysis, program support, administrative coordination, and customer service across a range of security functions.

Ideal candidates interpret Federal and DoW security policy, manage high-volume security actions, maintain accurate records, and prepare clear reports for Government stakeholders. This role requires a TOP SECRET/SCI clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoW or Federal security policies and compliance.
• Ability to research and interpret policy, evaluate compliance, and develop recommendations.
• Experience managing high-volume transactions, shared mailboxes, customer requests, trackers, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with Government leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Government program leads to plan, track, and document security projects.
• Prepare monthly status reports and executive-level updates on project status.
• Analyze DoW security policies and procedures to assess compliance and improvements.
• Research security issues through policy reviews and data analysis; prepare reports and briefings.
• Support ~1,400 security requests per month across the team, including SIPRNet tokens and badge actions.
• Maintain security databases, DISS, rosters, and accreditation documentation.
