Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or a similar field.
• Intermediate experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel.
• Intermediate experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience with Solvas/CDO Suite/WSO platforms required.
• Experience building or maintaining Power BI reporting solutions, including modeling, DAX, report layouts, and data transformation.

Responsibilities

• Model newly onboarded CLOs and Leveraged Loan Facilities.
• Maintain ongoing compliance calculations.
• Produce trustee reporting for arrangers, managers, and investors.
• Develop, maintain, and improve reporting solutions.
• Analyze large datasets and provide actionable stakeholder insights.
• Collaborate with internal parties to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant calculations.
• Build, maintain, and validate compliance and reporting dashboards and tools.
• Uphold data and reporting standards across projects.
• Identify and develop automation techniques for efficient processes.
• Perform scenario updates, test result validation, and reconciliations.
• Translate business questions into analytical tasks supporting strategic decisions.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Design and implement systems ensuring data accuracy and reliability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or a similar field
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• Strong analytical skills interpreting legal documents, indentures, and CLO and Leveraged Loan Facility data
• Experience with collateral testing, coverage, quality tests, limitations, borrowing base calculations, waterfall mechanics, interest and principal payments, and report development
• Entry-level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, regulations, industry standards, and practices
• Intermediate experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel
• Intermediate experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau and Power BI
• Experience with project management and managing multiple priorities and deliverables
• Intermediate experience presenting findings from large datasets clearly and actionably
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
• Experience with Solvas/CDO Suite/WSO platforms required
• Experience building or maintaining Power BI reporting solutions, including modeling, DAX, report layouts, and data transformation
• Experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or machine learning preferred
