Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience or experience in a similar field.
• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate to advanced regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards, and practices.
• Intermediate to advanced TranStar experience preferred.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage deals independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made.
• Perform quality control reviews of reports for timeliness and accuracy.
• Perform portfolio compliance tests on structured fixed income deals (trade testing).
• Interact with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies.
• Lead business-related projects and participate in new client proposals.
• Make tax elections, file for EINs, and track residual holder transfers.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Work on client relationships and ensure excellent client service and delivery
• Manage an assigned book of clients managing Collateral Loan Obligations (CLOs) and Leverage Finance Facilities
• Execute day-to-day operations and reporting delivery to clients with minimal supervision
• Manage deals independently
• Create technical report specifications from indenture language
• Set up payment calculations in in-house systems
• Receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data
• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and tax reports
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made
• Perform quality control reviews of reports for timeliness and accuracy
• Perform portfolio compliance tests on structured fixed income deals (trade testing)
• Interact frequently with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies
• Ensure excellent service delivery to a book of Loan Clients in the Corporate Trust business
• Participate in new client proposals
• Lead business-related projects
• Make tax elections, file for EINs, and track residual holder transfers
• Read and interpret trust indentures regarding reporting requirements
