Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a Senior Analyst Systems Configuration & Programming to manage and optimize internal end-user applications and IT infrastructure. The role includes designing Windows Server infrastructure, overseeing virtualization, and driving automation with PowerShell.

Qualifications

• 5 years related work experience in systems administration and configuration.
• Expertise in Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and admin tasks.
• Experience with Hyper-V and VMware virtualization; cloud integration (Azure AD).
• Knowledge of security hardening, patch management, and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor security policies, access controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Analyze system performance, optimize configurations, and resolve complex technical issues to maintain reliability.
• Design and implement Windows Server infrastructure solutions, including managing Active Directory, Group Policy, and domain services.
