About the Role

As a Senior Analyst, you will serve as the primary analytics contact for the Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) horizontal, supporting data-driven decision-making for surgical services. You will work closely with executive and clinical leaders to develop insights that improve operations, financial performance, and patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret data to generate strategic business insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including executives, clinicians, and data scientists—to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Utilize large datasets from multiple sources (cloud-based platforms, SQL, etc.) to conduct in-depth analytics.
  • Help develop predictive models or statistical analyses to support surgical services operations and financial outcomes.
  • Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
What You’ll Need
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and/or programming languages (R, Python).
  • Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Healthcare Analytics, Business).
  • Experience with healthcare analytics, surgical services, and financials.
  • Understanding of acute surgical and ASC clinical operations.
  • Familiarity with data acquired from surgical practice and clinical management software, such as Oracle/Cerner SurgiNet, Epic OpTime, HST, SIS, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to communicate data driven findings to executive leadership teams.
What You Will Need

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.

Work Experience:

  • 3 years of experience preferred.
