Job summary

Danaher Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst Materials/Planning to develop end-to-end supply plans for post‑factory hardware inventory, balancing forecasts, material availability, and network capacity across global distribution centers.

You will identify planning parameters in the ERP system, manage order shipments and allocations, and generate net requirement plans while collaborating with global teams on continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 7+ years of experience OR Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in planning and procurement.
• 2+ years in finished goods / network capacity planning, experienced in an MRP/MPS environment.
• Strong communication skills with global stakeholders at different organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and plan PFEP replenishment strategy for finished goods SKUs across the global distribution network.
• Own customer OTD, FG inventory turns, and cost performance for the respective SKU portfolio.
• Align PFEP strategy to ERP system parameters to drive accurate net requirement signals back to factory and supplier forecasts.
• Partner with large, cross‑functional groups globally to drive improvement initiatives using the Danaher Business System.
• Manage a large customer base, ensuring adherence to contracts and business initiatives.

The Senior Analyst Materials/Planning is responsible for developing end‑to‑end supply plans for post‑factory hardware inventory that balance forecasts, material availability, and network capacity to drive optimized flow across global secondary distribution centers. The role also involves identifying and maintaining planning parameters in the ERP system, managing order shipment releases / customer allocations, and generating net requirement plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and plan PFEP replenishment strategy for finished goods SKUs across the global distribution network.
• Own customer OTD, FG inventory turns, and cost performance for the respective SKU portfolio.

Essential Requirements

Travel Requirements

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.

Preferred Experience

• S&OP process – at Danaher called PSI (Production, Sales and Inventory).
• Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud systems.
• Finished goods planning for medical device/biotech products.
• Leading and facilitating Danaher Materials System fundamentals.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is $83,000 – $125,000. This role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
