Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Planning & Materials Supervisor to lead a team of Buyers and Planners at their Miami, Florida location. This role involves managing supplier adherence and improving on-time delivery and inventory levels.

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is a global leader in clinical diagnostics. We are seeking a Planning & Materials Supervisor to lead a team of Buyers and Planners, ensuring production takt is met and improving OTD and inventory.

Location: Miami, Florida (on-site role). This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager within the Supply Chain Department.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Identify opportunities and implement plans to improve on-time delivery (OTD) and inventory.
• Manage a large supplier base and ensure adherence to demand.
• Lead a team of Buyers and Planners.
• Manage large cross‑functional groups to drive improvement initiatives.
• Use the Danaher Business System to drive innovation and change.
• Mentor and train new and current associates.
• Lead and report on group progress against KPIs including employee engagement, OTD, inventory and product availability.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• HS Diploma with 10+ years of experience, Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience, or 3+ years with a master’s degree, or 0–2 years with a Doctoral degree.
• 4+ years in a materials planning/execution setting.
• Proven background in driving measurable results in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with S&OP processes – at Danaher called PSI (Production, Sales and Inventory).
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Data analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience leading and influencing key stakeholders.
• ASCM certification desirable.
• IMAG experience.
