Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in business and supply chain dynamics.
• 2 to 5 years in a similar role driving operational excellence and innovation.
• Mastery of computer systems with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with SAP MM and CBase ERP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder presentations.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, supply chain management, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of tools and data analytics for reporting on Supply Chain performance across CSCs.
• Create and implement the innovative Food Cost Tracker and advanced reporting systems.
• Coordinate training and documentation to ensure standardization and accuracy.
• Collaborate with programs to ensure tools and documentation are available for performance.
