Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of hands-on operational leadership in supply chain or materials management.
• Experience in SAP MM.
• Proven forecasting, demand planning and vendor management experience.
• Experience implementing redesigned processes and leading change in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all inventory management functions, ensuring accuracy and financial stewardship.
• Lead a team of warehouse professionals through coaching, training, and performance development.
• Ensure receiving, storage, requisitioning, and distribution processes are executed efficiently.
• Implement enterprise-wide supply chain policies and ensure consistent regional execution.
• Drive achievement of annual quality, cost, and delivery goals.
• Manage customer and company-owned materials from receipt to production.
