Job summary

Kenvue is recruiting for a Demand Planning Business Lead in North America (New Jersey, Summit) with hybrid work arrangement. You will oversee finished goods inventory, develop SKU-level forecasts, and lead S&OP processes across functions.

Ideal candidates bring 6–8 years in demand planning or SCM, strong analytical skills, and a track record of implementing planning strategies. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful demand planning strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex business data.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/initiatives in a matrix environment.
• Experience with syndicated data and MS Office Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop SKU-level operational forecasts for products using SAP Demand Planning.
• Develop and implement demand planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and minimize stockouts.
• Analyze market trends and customer demand to identify growth opportunities.
• Create and maintain demand planning metrics to track performance.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on demand planning activities and results.
• Lead S&OP processes to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.
• Collaborate with teams to align supply and demand and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage budgeting, risk analysis, and service management for efficient operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to multiple teams of professionals.
