Job summary

Beam Living is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Strategy, Planning & Analytics team in New York City. The role focuses on financial reporting, analytics, and investment analysis for a NYC multifamily portfolio, leveraging data to drive operating strategy.

You will build models, evaluate capital opportunities, and provide insights across the organization with regular reporting for owners and investors. The position is based in our New York City office and requires hybrid/worksite flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or engineering.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of financial/data management.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to produce top-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Excel and modeling skills; data visualization or programming skills are a plus.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in finance, economics, accounting, engineering).
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of financial / data management.
• Outstanding analytical & problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent writing / communication skills; ability to influence and communicate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to produce top quality deliverables, prioritizing under tight deadlines.
• Drive for continuous improvement and ability to change; a desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility.
• Strong Excel, modeling skills required; data visualization / programming skills a plus.

What we offer

Base Salary: $100,000 – $115,000
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
