We are currently searching for a Sr. Analyst - Strategy, Financial Analysis, & Post Merger Integration to join our team. As a Sr. Analyst, you will help our clients perform financial analysis, navigate strategies and managing the post-merger implementation process.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading financial and operational analysis to inform strategic decisions, validate deal assumptions, and ensure successful integration execution.
• Create various deliverables including processes, SOPs, manuals, customer journeys, and other documents.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, and metrics that measure the outcomes of change.
• Create executive presentations

Required Skills:

• Proven ability to perform quantitative analysis and financial modeling in support of strategy development, due diligence, and post-merger integration.
• Application of process improvement techniques, experience creating process documentation, and demonstrated success in facilitating design / strategy workshops
• Deep understanding of agile, design thinking, lean or other delivery frameworks
• Experience identifying and resolving complex technical and business process issues.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or a related field
• 3-7 years of experience in delivering quantitative analysis and change management solutions.
• 3-7 years of experience working in a consulting/agency environment.
