Job summary

Domestic & General seeks a Senior Analyst - Strategic Analytics to identify opportunities to boost conversion, revenue per call, and operational efficiency. You will translate data into actionable recommendations and lead cross-functional analytics projects from insight to measurable outcomes.

You’ll partner with operations to improve performance and customer experience, design test-and-learn initiatives, and shape KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial analytics, BI, revenue optimization or similar.
• Strong SQL and Python or R capability.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Power BI or equivalent dashboarding expertise.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
