Job summary

Domestic & General seeks a Senior Analyst – Strategic Analytics to turn complex call centre data into commercial action that drives revenue growth and improves conversions. You’ll work at the intersection of analytics, operations and strategy to influence decisions and business performance.

In partnership with Operations, Commercial Finance, Pricing, Technology and senior leadership, you’ll identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and deliver insights that translate into measurable outcomes

Qualifications

Experience in commercial analytics, BI, revenue optimization or similar.
Strong SQL and Python or R capability.
Power BI or equivalent dashboarding expertise.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex insights clearly.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Customer operations or call centre analytics experience.
Exposure to experimentation or AI-enabled solutions is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to improve conversion, revenue per call and operational efficiency.
Translate complex data into clear recommendations for commercial and operational decisions.
Lead analytics projects from insight to measurable business outcomes.
Partner with operations leaders to improve performance and customer experience.
Design and optimize test-and-learn initiatives that drive uplift.
Shape KPI frameworks and reporting to support decision-making.
Support adoption of advanced analytics and AI-driven insights.
Champion evidence-based decision making across the business.
