Walmart seeks a Manager, Advanced Analytics - Marketing Intelligence Delivery to partner with Marketing Intelligence and Seller Marketing. You will own stakeholder engagement, planning, and delivery coordination across analytics teams, driving insights and standardized dashboards to inform growth strategies.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage delivery risks, and mentor analysts while shaping campaigns, reporting, and experimentation.

Position Summary

The Seller Success Marketing Planning & Strategy organization is seeking a Manager, Marketing Intelligence Delivery to serve as the primary business partner between Marketing Intelligence and Seller Marketing organizations. This leader owns stakeholder engagement, work planning, and delivery coordination across a shared analytics organization.

About the team

The Marketing Intelligence team within Seller Success Marketing Planning & Strategy drives data-informed decision-making across Seller Marketing. Collaborating with Lifecycle, Acquisition, External Marketing, Events, and cross-functional partners, the team measures performance, delivers strategic insights, and develops scalable analytics capabilities. By standardizing measurement, advancing reporting, and applying sophisticated analytics, the team empowers marketing leaders to make informed decisions that support business growth. This group plays a critical role in aligning marketing strategies with organizational goals, ensuring effective execution and continuous improvement through strong stakeholder engagement and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing analytics, consulting, business operations, or program management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Marketing or Growth organizations.
• Experience with Business Intelligence or Data Science teams.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience with marketing measurement and experimentation.
