Job summary

NC State University’s Enterprise Application Services team seeks a Senior Analyst/Project Manager for the Student Systems program in Raleigh. You will lead enterprise PeopleSoft SIS development, coordinating with Admissions, Records, Advisement, Financials, and Financial Aid to deliver reliable student services.

Ideal candidates bring strong project management, deep PeopleSoft knowledge, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Master’s degree and at least two years’ relevant experience; or Bachelor’s degree with at least three years’ relevant experience; or equivalent.
Ability to translate customer requirements and system knowledge into practical, timely technology solutions with strong customer service focus.
Thorough understanding of the application development life cycle, from analysis to post-migration validation.
ERP/PeopleSoft familiarity, especially Campus Solutions, and proficiency with SQL.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance NC State’s PeopleSoft SIS in a complex environment.
Lead enterprise application development projects with minimal supervision.
Translate business processes into technical specifications for automated solutions.
Design, execute regression, performance, and QA testing.
Serve as PM/analyst across SIS modules (Admissions, Records, Advisement, Financials, Financial Aid).
Evaluate emerging technologies for feasibility and impact.
