Reactivate is seeking a Senior Analyst, Origination, to support the Origination and Contracting team in pricing, market analysis, and deal evaluation for distributed generation, community solar, and storage projects.

Responsibilities include building revenue models, monitoring market data, and coordinating with Finance, Product, and Origination to align pricing assumptions with the deal pipeline. Strong Excel, Python/SQL, and energy market knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5+ years in renewable energy origination or related analytical role
• Strong Excel pricing forecasts and program economics
• Familiarity with community solar and distributed generation programs
• Advanced Excel modeling with revenue scenarios
• Knowledge of wholesale power markets and REC markets
• Experience with third-party price forecasts and vendor methodologies
• Proficiency in Python/SQL for data pipelines and curve processing

Responsabilités

• Produce recurring market fundamentals reports across ISOs/RTOs
• Track drivers of power prices, load growth, and policy changes
• Benchmark PPA pricing with forward curves and market conditions
• Maintain market intelligence dashboards for leadership
• Ingest and reconcile vendor price curves and document methodologies
• Build and maintain revenue models for solar/storage projects
• Model revenue stacks including energy, capacity, RECs, and subsidies
• Research tariffs and regulatory frameworks to inform origination strategy
• Monitor RFPs and summarize eligibility, criteria, and dates
• Prepare market updates, pricing memos, and deal summaries
• Coordinate with Finance, Product, and Origination to align pricing with deal pipeline
• Manage internal M&A review process and communications with Sellers
