Job summary

Invenergy is seeking a Senior Analyst, Renewable Development to support utility-scale wind and solar projects across the United States. The role entails identifying prospects, negotiating land rights, and coordinating due diligence with legal, engineering, environmental, and interconnection teams.

Responsibilities include securing site control, supporting interconnection, and communicating project objectives to stakeholders while contributing to financial models and project schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in renewable/clean energy.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, SharePoint).
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Support development of utility-scale wind, solar, and storage projects in the U.S.
• Identify development prospects and perform site reconnaissance.
• Negotiate leases, easements and landowner agreements.
• Coordinate due diligence with cross-functional teams to reduce risk.
• Support interconnection activities.
• Interface with officials, neighbors and the public to communicate project goals.
• Assist in obtaining project permits, tax abatements and other approvals.
• Coordinate internal & external legal, engineering, environmental, interconnection, and construction teams.
• Contribute to financial models and project schedules.
• Represent Invenergy with customers, landowners and officials.
