Job summary

Invenergy LLC in Chicago seeks a Senior Analyst, Land Development to support the development of utility-scale wind, solar, storage, and thermal projects across the United States. The role reports to the Manager, Land Development and is based in Chicago, Illinois.

Responsibilities include leading calls with developers and land agents, coordinating with the legal team, managing documentation, and supporting project finance and sale efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum two years’ work experience.
• Moderate to strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attentiveness to timelines.
• Proficient in reviewing contracts and agreements.
• Experience with GIS, VAL, Curative Tracking App, Quorum, SAM, Oracle, and other company applications.
• Strong knowledge of legal descriptions and real estate terminology.

Responsibilities

• Lead developer/land agent calls and meetings and coordinate with legal team.
• Maintain knowledge of legal descriptions and real estate terminology.
• Support senior Land Developer on projects and attend internal meetings.
• Coordinate meetings between Land Development and Invenergy groups as needed.
• Oversee large-scale documentation mailouts and drafts.
