Job summary

Invenergy LLC in Denver, CO is seeking an Associate, Renewable Development to support utility-scale wind and solar projects across the United States. This role focuses on advancing developments, market assessments, and coordinating landowner relations within a growing energy portfolio.

You will lead site control negotiations, assist permitting, interconnection, budgeting, and scheduling, and represent Invenergy with landowners, officials and stakeholders to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required).
• At least 4 years of renewable/clean energy industry experience.
• Strong understanding of the development process for clean/renewable energy projects.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Advance wind/solar project developments within the United States.
• Identify development prospects, market assessments, and initial site reconnaissance.
• Develop pricing strategies and manage resource assessment processes.
• Secure site control through leases, easements, and landowner agreements.
• Evaluate and track power market trends.
• Coordinate landowner communication efforts.
• Lead permitting at local/state/federal levels.
• Represent Invenergy LLC with customers, landowners, officials, and stakeholders.
• Initiate and manage generation interconnection activities.
• Assist project budgeting and scheduling, and manage tasks to budgets.
