Amazon Ads is seeking an experienced Analyst Relations Manager to own AR strategy for a key Ads business, shaping the stories told to analysts and coordinating with senior leaders across marketing, product, sales, and PR.

The role requires strong experience in analyst relations, marketing or communications, with ability to translate technical topics into compelling narratives and to operate in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AR program strategy and execution for a key Ads business from planning through measurement and reporting with cross-functional partners.
• Build and maintain strategic analyst relationships to drive understanding of Amazon Ads
• Secure positive analyst coverage through proactive and reactive engagements, including major evaluations
• Partner with product, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align on messaging and analyst priorities
• Gather and disseminate critical insights to inform product roadmaps, messaging, and positioning
• Establish and maintain measurement frameworks to track AR impact and report to leadership
• Coordinate analyst requests for information, research reviews, briefings, events, and speaking engagements
