Job summary

Amazon Ads is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Analyst Relations (AR) manager to own AR strategy for a key Ads business. You’ll shape the stories we tell and determine when and how we tell them, partnering with senior leaders across Ads and with marketing, product, sales, and PR stakeholders.

The role requires 7+ years in analytics/marketing, strong data capabilities, and the ability to operate in a global, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AR program strategy and execution for a key Ads business from planning through measurement and reporting.
• Build and maintain strategic analyst relationships to drive understanding and awareness of Amazon Ads.
• Secure positive analyst coverage through proactive and reactive engagements, including major evaluations.
• Partner with product, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align on messaging and strategic analyst engagement priorities.
• Gather and disseminate critical insights back into the business to inform strategic direction including product roadmaps, messaging, and positioning.
• Establish and maintain measurement frameworks to track AR program impact and communicate results to leadership.
• Coordinate and prioritize analyst requests for information, research reviews, briefings, events, and speaking engagements.
