Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in real estate finance, urban planning or development, economics, public administration, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and common AI tools (i.e. LLMs like ChatGPT)
• Understanding of best practices for responsible use and verification of AI outputs in research
• Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously
• Candidates should be highly motivated, independent thinkers who are detail-oriented and client-facing
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, Economics, Statistics, or Public Policy
• Master’s degree in Real Estate Development (MRED), MBA, Urban Planning, Economics, or related field preferred
