Ally Financial in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Analytics Analyst to deliver complex analyses and build statistical models for consumer products. You will lead analysis projects and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Ecommerce, Finance, and Balance Sheet Management to drive pricing, segmentation, CRM targeting, and marketing measurement initiatives.
You will extract data for model development, monitor models in production, and support model validation.

Senior Analytics Analyst will be responsible for delivering complex analysis that may require building and applying statistical models for consumer products across Ally. Lead analysis projects and model development to support the goals and objectives of Ally Bank. Work closely with Marketing, Product, Ecommerce, Finance, and Balance Sheet Management leadership on opportunity analysis, problem definition and solution delivery for a variety of business problems including stress testing, price optimization, CRM targeting, and marketing measurement. Work product responsibilities will include building forecast models, estimating price elasticity, designing marketing experiments, cluster analyses and other segmentation exercises, and broad business analyses.
Responsible for building statistical models and conducting quantitative analysis to support Ally's Automotive Loan and Lease business. Emphasis on applying a strong data science technical skillset to complex consumer behavior business subject matter and develop quantitative modeling solutions for business partners. Extract and manage data for model development from internal and external databases and providers. Monitor performance and support existing models in production, updating periodically as needed. Help evaluate third-party data and credit scoring models for internal utilization, as appropriate. Support the Model Risk Management validation process for models owned by your team.

Base Pay Range $85,000.00 - $150,000.00
An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications.
