• Comfort with ambiguity as programs evolve.
• Experience in insurance, product strategy, consulting, or program management; degree of seniority determines placement.

Responsibilities

• Drive product convergence analysis across brands and lines; identify differences and simplifications.
• Own requirements development timelines; coordinate across Product Development, Delivery, and Pricing.
• Support Legacy Book strategy across the Property & Specialty portfolio.
• Design and maintain cross-functional engagement structures to align Product, Experience, and Technology teams.
• Document converged product requirements powering next-generation insurance platform.
