Liberty Mutual Insurance's US Retail Markets Personal Lines Specialty Team seeks a Consultant to drive Frontier Transformation and Specialty Product Development. You will split time between researching opportunities, documenting requirements, and partnering to operationalize go-forward products.

You will work with Directors and Delivery/USDS to develop roadmaps, manage timelines, and translate insights into pilots that simplify processes and create business value.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information management, economics, or a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience (typical 6+).
• Knowledgeable in data query languages and tools; data modeling skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; adept at negotiation and consensus-building.

Responsabilidades

• Drive product convergence analysis by identifying research opportunities and recommending go-forward solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document converged product requirements.
• Develop and manage roadmaps and project plans; track risks and milestones.
• Lead research and discovery for new product concepts; translate findings into testable requirements.
• Communicate findings to senior stakeholders and advance concepts through development.
