Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Consultant for the USRM Specialty Frontier and Product Development team to drive convergence, research new concepts, and help operationalize go-forward products. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate findings into actionable requirements, develop roadmaps, and secure consensus with senior stakeholders across the Specialty Product ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information management, economics, or other quantitative field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience (typically 6+ years).
• Knowledgeable in data query languages and tools; proficient with data modeling.
• Highly developed communication and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of data concepts, strategies and methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of data architectures, solutions and designs; understanding of business operations.
• Strong negotiation, facilitation and consensus-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive product convergence analysis by identifying research opportunities and recommending go-forward solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define converged product requirements.
• Develop and manage roadmaps and project plans for initiatives and migrations; track risks and milestones.
• Gain consensus on recommendations across stakeholders in the Specialty Product ecosystem.
• Lead research and discovery for new product concepts; design experiments and synthesize insights.
• Translate exploratory findings into testable requirements and partner to run pilots or proofs-of-concept.
• Communicate findings to senior stakeholders and determine which concepts progress.
