Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or finance.
• 3+ years in business, strategy, analysis or marketing.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word with complex formulas.
• SQL knowledge is a bonus.
• Able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation and collaboration with senior leadership.
• Good business acumen and cross-functional thinking.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation and sizing of commercial, product, and guest experience opportunities to maximize revenue, profitability, and strategic value.
• Develop and maintain financial models for commercial initiatives, investment opportunities, and long-term planning.
• Partner cross-functionally to build business cases and P&L analyses for new initiatives.
• Lead with Finance to develop, submit, and monitor capital requests and track spend.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decisions on future products and strategies.
• Collaborate with revenue management, finance, marketing, operations, and product teams to gather inputs and develop insights.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations translating analyses into concise stories.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and align stakeholder perspectives.
