Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IS/business or related field.
• 8+ years experience with Manhattan PkMS/WMI, IBMi (iSeries, AS/400), SQL, RPG/CL.
• Warehouse Control Systems and MHE integration experience strongly preferred.
• Manhattan Touch Warehouse, SCI, LM (Labor Management) desired; SAP knowledge a plus.
• Strong functional knowledge of warehouse & distribution systems and concepts (host interfaces, order management/waving, reporting, carrier setup & certification).
• Experience in front-line problem resolution, go-live support and multi-project work.

Responsibilities

• Configures software or creates/modifies code to meet business requirements; designs and tests modifications.
• Collaborates across teams to determine requirements and solve complex business needs.
• Estimates system configuration and development efforts for self and function area.
• Leads and assists teams and customers with problem solving related to software performance and usage.
• Supports disaster recovery and change management standards; helps develop procedures.
• Develops technical and business proficiency through education and knowledge sharing.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by Manager.
