Responsibilities

• Análise complexa de histórico de vendas, pressões de precificação e dinâmicas de mercado.
• Desenvolvimento de contratos do começo ao fim, com revisão cross-funcional, aprovações e entrega ao cliente.
• Modelagem de negócios e análise de preços com dados históricos, tendências de mercado e insights da concorrência.
• Condução do processo de RFP, incluindo elaboração, avaliação e coordenação de submissões.
• Garantia de execução de contratos com configuração de sistemas, cargas de preços, rastreamento de aprovações e integridade de dados.
• Gerenciar estruturas contratuais complexas (rebates, compromissos de conformidade, GPO/IDN).
• Conselhar a equipe de vendas para alinhamento com a estratégia de pricing da liderança de vendas e marketing.
• Preparar e apresentar solicitações de preços à alta gestão para aprovação.
• Coletar e arquivar aprovações de preços.

Our team in Alpharetta, GA or Austin, TX is looking for a Senior Analyst, Pricing & Contracting . This role will support the Vascular Business Unit. This is a fully onsite role. We’re seeking a Senior Analyst, Pricing & Contracting to support the Vascular sales team from a pricing and contracting perspective. The pricing and contracting support includes responding pricing requests from customers (RFPs), adding new products to current contracts, adding and removing accounts from contracts, adding or adjusting rebates that are part of a contract as well as ad hoc pricing requests. Analyst ensures the timely review, detailed financial analysis, and administration of sales requests for pricing adjustments related to new and current contracts.

What You’ll Work On

• Complex analysis of historical sales, competitive pricing pressures, overall market dynamics, potential price exposure, and any existing contractual status.
• Own end-to-end contract development, including drafting, cross-functional review, approvals, and final customer delivery.
• Perform deal modeling and pricing analysis using historical data, market trends, and competitive insights.
• Lead the RFP process, including drafting, evaluation, and submission coordination.
• Ensure accurate contract execution, including system setup, pricing loads, approval tracking, and data integrity.
• Manage complex agreement structures (e.g., rebates, compliance commitments, GPO/IDN implementations).
• Attention to detail and the ability to articulate key conclusions resulting from this analysis and make recommendations is required.
• Counsel the sales team to ensure the pricing request is consistent with the pricing strategy supported by sales & marketing senior leadership.
• Package and present pricing requests to senior management for approval.
• Gather and file all pricing approvals.
• Create contract documenting approved pricing, discounting and deal structure in accordance with the Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) and corporate policies.
• Create ad hoc sales reports and/or analysis as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelors Degree OR An equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum 5-7 years of combined experience in business, accounting, or finance.

The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 - $156,000.00 In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
