Job Title: Senior Analyst, Premier Performance and Transformation Office Coordinator

Job Summary/Purpose

This position will provide multifaceted support to the Premier Performance and Transformation Office (PPTO), which is a dynamic, fast-paced team. This role is critical to ensuring overall efficiency and effectiveness of the PPTO team and its workstreams. By taking ownership of presentation materials, internal communications, and backup liaison responsibilities, the PPTO Coordinator ensures alignment and focus on strategic priorities. This role is essential in maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration, documenting and sharing key insights, and supporting the PPTO's critical role in the organization's transformation efforts.

Responsibilities typically include coordinating and developing PPTO presentations for the OCE and other stakeholders, including obtaining content from team members, suggesting improvements to content and format, and contributing content, attending weekly working sessions and workstream portfolio review meetings and developing and distributing internal communications. The coordinator will also support and/or lead special projects with the PPTO Core team.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Coordinate regular PPTO presentation decks, suggest and develop content, obtain input from others; assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation related to Transformation projects and initiatives
  • Serve as backup liaison for one to two Workstreams; conduct Wave analysis and provide initiative/portfolio support
  • Partner with Workstream Leads to conduct regular engagement, support effective weekly portfolio review meetings, and ensure workstreams are executing on each stage-gate
  • Provide thought partnership and support to the PPTO team including participating in projects and strategic planning discussions
  • Document and share key insights and learnings with the PPTO team and other stakeholders
  • Manage the Path to Premier and internal SharePoint page content and design
  • Draft communications to and provide additional support for transformation stakeholders such as initiative owners and workstream leaders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to facilitate information sharing and ensure seamless coordination
  • Anticipate the needs of the Transformation leaders and proactively provide support to enhance their productivity and effectiveness
  • Handle multiple assignments, work within deadlines, and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and materials

Minimum education required of the position

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Organizational Change.

Minimum experience required of the position

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating presentations, internal communications, and project management

Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position

  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint design is a plus
  • Familiarity with Wave is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple workstreams and function
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
