Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review student records to determine appropriate course placement (document verification).
2. Create initial student schedules or escalate cases for further review.
3. Process placement and schedule change requests.
4. Assist with enrollment in supplemental programs, clubs, and activities.
5. Manage daily workflow to ensure efficiency, student retention, and compliance.
6. Maintain student records in the Enrollment Management System (EMS).
7. Ensure compliance with FERPA privacy guidelines.
8. Provide expert knowledge on operational differences between schools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to connect empathetically with students and families.
• Creative thinking and initiative in addressing challenges.
• Experience handling escalated issues effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of FERPA and student privacy policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education or academic advising experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Experience in a virtual work environment.
• Familiarity with EMS/SIS enrollment platforms.

Shifts:

Mon - Fri hours between 8AM EST - 7PM EST

Contract from mid June through mid September 2025

Pay And Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
