Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst - Post Merger Integration in a Deal Services capacity in multiple U.S. locations, including Minneapolis, Boston, and Dallas.

The role supports financial transformation, balance sheet alignment, and close process improvements for private equity-backed clients and growth companies. You will work on ERP and reporting enhancements, chart of accounts alignment, and scalable month-end close processes while coordinating with client

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as an Associate in accounting/finance
• 3-5 years of audit or finance advisory experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Pursuing CFA/CPA or similar certifications is a plus
• Understanding of internal software systems and ERP experiences preferred
• Experience with acquisitions, private equity, or integrations is advantageous
• Exposure to month-end close, reporting, and ERP implementations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial professionalization and integration activities across acquisitions
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting improvements
• Develop management reporting packages and KPI dashboards
• Assist with ERP implementations and data validation
• Coordinate with client teams, auditors, and stakeholders to meet deadlines
• Prepare client-ready analyses and project documentation
