Lightsource bp is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the strategic management of the U.S. development portfolio. You will partner with U.S. and global teams to monitor performance, improve forecasting, and help achieve development objectives.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with in-office days Tue-Thu and remote Mon-Fri, and a base salary of $110,000–$130,000 plus a 15% target bonus.

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Senior Analyst, Strategy & Portfolio Management to support the strategic management of our U.S. development portfolio. In this role, you will partner with U.S. and global teams to monitor portfolio performance, improve forecasting and reporting, and help the business achieve its annual development objectives and key performance indicators.
This is an excellent opportunity for a renewable-energy professional who can transform complex information into clear strategic insights. You will work across Development, Construction, Finance, FP&A, Power Marketing, and Acquisition & Divestment while gaining meaningful exposure to senior leaders and important portfolio decisions.
You are a commercially aware, analytical problem-solver who recognizes that effective portfolio decisions require accurate data, sound judgment, and strong collaboration. You are comfortable moving between detailed analysis and executive-level insights and can build alignment among stakeholders with different priorities.
