Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Help maintain a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities in target markets.

The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development – Acquisitions & Divestments to join our growing team. This role will support the identification, evaluation, execution, and negotiation of acquisition and divestment opportunities across our renewable energy portfolio.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders across development, finance, legal, engineering, commercial, and asset management teams, as well as with external advisors, counterparties, investors, and other market participants.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, highly analytical professional with experience inbusiness development, M&A, acquisitions, divestments, transaction execution, valuation, and strategic portfolio management within infrastructure, energy, renewables, or related sectors.

What you’ll do
  • Identify, assess, and support acquisition and divestment opportunities aligned with business strategy

What we’re looking for
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with valuation, investment analysis, and/or financial modelling
  • Experience working in renewable energy, infrastructure, energy transition, utilities, investment banking, advisory, private equity, or a similar environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail, commercial judgement, and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with senior stakeholders
  • Degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, or a related field preferred
