Job summary

Boston Consulting Group seeks a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage within the MSP Practice, focusing on marketing strategy and transformation across B2B and B2C contexts. You will partner with project teams, run diagnostics, and help design, monitor, and optimize large marketing programs.

You will leverage analytics and marketing toolkit to support proposals and client work, contribute to business development, and build best-in-class IP for Marketing topics. Some travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of industry and/or 2-3+ years of consulting professional work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel; experience with marketing analytics, customer data, digital marketing, CRM is a plus.
• Travel 30-50% on average, depending on client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy and transformation across B2B and B2C contexts.
• Run diagnostics and design, monitor, and optimize large marketing programs.
• Develop capabilities with dashboards and data visualization.
• Contribute to proposals and business development for Marketing topics.
• Collaborate with case teams and client teams across MSP Practice.
