Responsabilités

• Design, develop and support LIMS systems; gather user requirements and configure systems.
• Deploy configurations, customize modules, and ensure system stability and validation.
• Work on pharmaceutical projects and communicate with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and debug LIMS applications and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure documentation and training materials are prepared for users.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Priority 1 - experience with LIMS platforms
• Priority 2 - experience with comparable laboratory information management or laboratory automation platforms

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support LIMS systems. Gather user requirements, create and maintain procedures, and assist with system configuration/customization.
• Knowledge of application architecture and master data creation for static and dynamic data.
• Hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and deployment of LIMS.
• Preferably worked on pharmaceutical projects.
• Must have experience in .NET development or Java development.
• Experienced in customizing LIMS applications.
• Should be able to work with LIMS modules and functionalities independently.
• Should be aware of GxP processes.
• Experience in troubleshooting and debugging LIMS applications.
• Customer-facing ability, analytical ability, communication, and articulation skills.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• Prior experience in training and mentoring a LIMS team will be preferred.
• Customer-facing experience with excellent/good communication skills.
• Good documentation skills

Salary Range: $150,000-$160,000 a year
