Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a LIMS expert to design, develop, and support LabVantage-based systems. You will gather user requirements, drive configuration and deployment, and manage data architecture for static and dynamic data within LIMS modules.

Prior pharma project experience is preferred. Strong customer-facing communication, documentation skills, and mentoring abilities are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with LabVantage/LIMS and STARLIMS or LabVIEW.
• Proficient in .NET or Java development.
• Hands-on in configuring, customizing, and deploying LIMS.
• Familiar with GxP processes and regulatory systems.
• Strong communication, documentation, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support the LIMS system, gathering user requirements and creating/maintaining procedures.
• Assist in configuration, customization and deployment of the LIMS.
• Manage master data creation and data architecture for static and dynamic data.
• Work independently across LIMS modules and functionalities.
• Provide training and mentoring to LIMS team members.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support of LIMS system. Position will gather user requirements, create, maintain procedures
• and assist into configuration / customization of system
• Knowledge on application architecture, master data creation for static and dynamic data
• Hands on experience in configuration, customization, and deployment of LIMS
• Preferably worked on pharmaceutical projects
• Must have experience in .Net development or Java development
• Experienced in customizing LIMS./ Labvatange
• Should be able to work with LIMS modules and functionalities independently.
• Should be aware of GxP processes
• Experience in trouble shooting and debugging Labvantage applications.
• Customer-facing ability, analytical ability, communication, and articulation skills.
• Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Prior Experience in Training and Mentoring a LIMS team will be preferred

Salary Range: $150,000 -$160,000 year
