Oscar Health is hiring a Senior Analyst, Regulatory Licensing to join our Corporate Counsel team in Tempe. You will lead and manage licensing filings across states, coordinating with internal teams and regulators to ensure compliance with applicable laws and timelines.

The Sr. Analyst, Regulatory Licensing is a key member of the Corporate Legal team responsible for project managing and supporting discrete tasks to ensure Oscar is compliant with federal and state product filing requirements. You will work closely with internal Oscar teams and interface with our external regulators. You will report into the Sr. Manager, Regulatory Licensure.
This position is based in our Tempe, AZ office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in‑office work per week. Thursdays are a required in‑office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule.
The base pay for this role is $34.39 - $45.14 per hour. You are also eligible for employee benefits and monthly vacation accrual at a rate of 15 days per year.
