Senior Analyst, LBS Technology Supply Chain Management Data Custodian

What you'll do:

The Senior Analyst, LBS Technology Supply Chain Management Data Custodian, is responsible for collecting, organizing, and maintaining financial data in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will monitor and analyze the quality of Supply Chain Management data, identifying and resolving inconsistencies or discrepancies.

Essential Functions:

  1. Collect, validate, cleanse, and maintain supply chain data according to industry standards and internal policies.
  2. Implement and maintain security controls to safeguard supply chain data from unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.
  3. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to establish data sharing agreements and ensure compliance.
  4. Monitor and analyze data quality, resolving any inconsistencies or discrepancies.
  5. Manage data exchanges with third parties, including access permissions and restrictions.
  6. Maintain documentation related to data custodianship activities, such as data dictionaries, data lineage, and data flow diagrams.
  7. Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging technologies, proactively seeking process improvements and data optimization opportunities.
  8. Identify and mitigate risks related to financial data, including breaches, leaks, or corruption.
  9. Maintain reliable attendance and perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Information:

  • Position involves interaction with internal colleagues and external clients, patients, vendors, and contractors.
  • Access to sensitive and confidential information is required.
  • Must have a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, and be skilled in applying policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices is preferred.

Education: Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field. A Master's Degree is preferred.

Experience: 5-7+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a shared service organization.

Certifications: Oracle Certification is preferred.
