What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the alignment of corporate strategy with incentive compensation metrics and insights
- Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of employee, quota, and plan data
- Validate commission calculations and provide proactive analytics on sales incentives results
- Support the evaluation and modeling of new or updated sales incentive programs and contests
- Conduct analyses and make recommendations to enhance incentive compensation driving growth

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in incentive compensation or commercial analytical roles
- At least 1 year of experience working with Sales Performance Management tools
- 2 years of experience in driving commercial/sales process improvement
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Intermediate skills in Tableau

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, marketing, economics, or information technology
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical data and/or IQVIA and Workday
- Experience with Salesforce.com and database concepts
